Hi all,

My wife and I are flying into PV Wednesday for 5 days. We are interested in looking at condos for sale in PV area but have not had any responses from RE agents whose websites we have visited. Does anyone here reccommend an agent in the area?

Also we are quite unfamiliar with weather patterns for this area. The weather channel shows scattered T-storms every day of our visit. Is this similar to the patterns experienced in the Gulf of Mexico where T-storms build up in the afternoon, last for 45 minutes and then blow out? I could not see any weather distubances that would cause continuous rain on sattelite imagery, outside of Otis which is forecast to be gone before our arrival.

Chances are it will be only late PM thunderstorms of short duration, but keep in mine it is still hurricane season so you can never be sure. I went through two in November one year surviving fine, the first was actually interesting, but enough is enough! LOL Chances are it will be gorgeous. We are approaching my favorite time of the year in Mexico.
I would urge to be very careful about purchasing anything before you do a through check out. There is a Law firm that specializes in Americans buying in Mexico.They are a bit expense but worth every penny. E mail if you wish more info.
