Are most restaurants , etc. open on Christmas Night? As posted under Hotels, Resorts Forum, we are getting very excited about spending our first Christmas in PV, so long awaited! Anyone lese onboard?

From what I have read most Restaurants are open on Christmas eve and they serve a special Christmas menu.
Would be a nice change of pace to be in Puerto Vallarta for Christmas..
