I think the clip is cute but is it not better that newbies and oldies add to posts and start threads even if at times they are not PUT in the right place or the question or topic has been covered before.....

I think what we need on this board is a welcome thread for newbies so that when they become a member they can get a friendly hello and welcome.... :)
