A small aircraft has flown into a tower in NYC . It seems to be a resedential tower and no reports yet if it terrorist or accident . :?:

Sure hope so . 2 people dead - confirmed . Small plane hit around the 30th floor of a 50 floor building. No evidence that this anything but a very tragic accident.

Very sad and how frightening for many people in new York city..
everybody relived the 9/11 thoughts and horrors all over again... but did you notice that jets were scrambled immediately over various US cities just in case. the mechinism are in place to be better prepared, for a more efficient response, and how to deal with the situation... as they said, on one hand it was tragic of the loss of life etc, but on the other hand we repsonded with a better plan than the last time....
What a horrible tragedy.....my thoughts and prayers are with the families.
