The USD will not permmanently recover until some actions are taken to improve the fiscal position. The social security and medicare liabilities need to be addressed.

The war in the middle east is taking away way too many resources(first, of course, human life)from this country. When it is over, we will be able to concentrate on domestic spending and spending with a return. At that point, the $$ will get strong on a permanent basis. However, mark my words, we will see a $$ surge shortly after the election and it will last for maybe 6 - 8 months. Chuck... 8)
