Jellyfish

My wife and I were in Mazatlan for a week last June and we were unable to go into the ocean the whole time we were there because the jellyfish were plentiful and stinging. We will be in PV this June and are wondering if we are likely to run into the same problem? :cry:

Normally we do not have a big problem with them here. They might be in one small area but not the whole beach.
