It is official

Well troups it is official. Lorrie and I have gotten our house sold and close on it on the 20th of March. So we have been working, scheming, planning on a trip to Vallarta on the 22nd of April thru 29th of April. So we are totally excited for this. It has been a long 18 months to get this house sold, but it is going to some people that will start a new life in her. so we are happy to whom we sold the house to.

Congrats on the sale of your home Tom and Lorrie.
18 months of having to always have the house ready for viewers must have been difficult.
We went through a sale last year and there were a few times when I had to do a quick grab and toss stuff under the bed or in the cupboards. :D
I guess if you have lived in a home for a long period of time it is nice to sell to folks who will care for the home the way you did.
