Let me be the first to welcome you to our little family.

Well first time to PV soooooooo

ticket in hand and leave Kelowna BC ( Canada) 6 pm arrive PV 12:30 am
get cold cerveza once out of airport and board bus to Holiday Inn
while on bus have cerveza maybe 2 or 3
get moved into Holiday Inn and probably just unpack and crash as day will have started early ( I am a very early riser (6 am)
Day 1 ...familiarize myself with settings at hotel and maybe a day of r and R

after that I am looking into anything that opens my mind and about to explore any and all that PV offers no plans other than Andales one night and go from there.
Hope to bump into a few of these fine folks here and if not thats ok as can share my stories later...

So basically booze....sun....more booze and more sun...oh yea...food....and did I mention booze and sun?

well we dont but my parents do they will be there feb 20 - march 6. They fly out of minneapolis and are Staying in a condo in old vallarta 6 blocks from the beach. They are looking forward to going with my moms sister and seeing it through her eyes. She has never been out of canada.

1. missing there daughter
2. wishing michelle was there cause its just not the same.
3. missing there daughters giggle.
4. getting drunk to drown there sorrows because you guessed it there daughter is at home in the cold. Then my dad trying to get to drunk women home one on each arm doing the 1 step forward 5 steps back.

I have my tickets and itching to get on the plane to PV! 5 MORE DAYS!!!! Leaving 1/13-1/21 staying at Riu Jalisco-hopefully made the right choice (cross fingers). First time to PV and hoping for lots and lots of sun and fun! Going on the ATV tour as well!! I keep checking the weather in PV and see lots of clouds-so pray for me that they go away before this Saturday!!!!

Well, a few dropped out and I was off by a day, but there will still be 44 of us flying out of Minneapolis on Feb 11, staying at the Canto Del Sol till the 18th.

Gathered quite a few tips from this board and it sounds like Sunday evening will be spent wandering the Malecon area, relaxing, and starting our own little pub crawl!

Wifey Lori and I flying in from Milwaukee February 21st, staying through the 28th. Second time at Dreams. One of our tasks is to scout out an apartment or condo in town to stay at next February. We are in love with PV, and want to become townies next year. We are expecting to bring a gang of couples down once when we have found a three bedroom or so space for the following year.

Tickets almost worn away cos i keep admiring them!! :D

I have a tradition that entails my bikini being on top of my suitcase & the first thing i do when i get there is throw it on, run down to the beach (passing the bar on the way, of course!) and i sit on the beach listening to the waves. No matter what time of day or night i arrive!!

Arriving Jan 28 for a month at the Royal Decameron Complex. Can hardly wait. :D

8V8 In 7 days I will be on the plane--yeaaaaaaaaah!!! Wednesday it was 55 F here and Thursday morning it was -18 F with -44 windchill, 6 inches of snow and a sheet of ice on every street. PV is looking good :D

we will be landing in 45 minutes 4 weeks from today... YAHOO... and right now she is a balmy 12 F in Iowa, we just had a skiff of snow so far today, but then there is 1 - 3 for today-tonight, and then another 4 to 6 for tomorrow into monday... YAHOO... oh what fun and joy... LMAO... going totally insane here....

Yes I am taking a 6 pm flight out of my city......can wait..been snwing here since last night....

Weezie...at building one you have three bars right in front of you...as you face the beach...right, left and centre...centre closes first, then left, then right...disco bar behind building two adjacant to ampitheatre open till 04:00 though...tequilagirl...get out of building three...older and noisy...although the most central...join Weezie in one (the original building on the resort) or try five (quiet with own bar and adult only pool ) or six (brand new with good bar and great pool)...oh ya, almost forgot the thread...tickets in hand for Feb 17 but Playa del Carmen this year...hate to do the same thing all the time...sonofdob.

Thats kinda what I will be doing. No plans except for two but do not have set in stone yet.
I really would like to do a wahle tour...I live on the west coast for the better part of my life (I am 52) and though I have seen whales amny many times...just never been that close so that is one I will most likely do and then one night planned (kinda again not in stone) going to ANdales to see this donkey that comes through the bar..
then it is reat and sight seeing people watching.

MY wife and I got our tickets in October for our April trip. Got a timeshare (fixed week and fixed room) at Costa Sur, one of the better decisions we made. Being in Chicago, I am already sick of winter and this gives something to look forward too every year.

8V8 Leaving home Feb 8 for Toronto..leaving Toronto the 9th in the afternoon. Arriving Vallarta around 8 PM...taxi to the Tropicana. Then: look around, listen to the waves and relax, relax, relax. 8V8

I was able to book a junior suit at the suites emperador for the week. we stayed there in december and really liked the location,staff and facilities.I tried booking on pv.net and was told there was no availability. I wrote the hotel directly and booked the suite.
