We worried about meat but found Sams club has all we need.
This is our frist time visit so we are REALLY excited about it. It is cold here in North Dakota so looking forward to warm temps.

You will find whole red snapper on restaurant menus all over Vallarta. Mos menus are printed in english but if you want to ask for it ask for Huachinango. It can be prepared in various ways but be prepared, unless you ask them to remove it, it will come complete with the head and eyeballs. One of my friends covered the head with a napkin but after spending 4 weeks in Pie de la Questa I was eating it with the head on and savoring the meat right around the head!
