Hey there Bretacita, i am sure this same thing is happening in the USA as well... as frustrating as it is. The ACLU is probably working a lot of the same angles for the upstanding citizens of the Crypts, the Bloods, the border jumpers, and whoever else feels they are being picked on...

Unfortunately I work in the Jane/ Finch corridor - where these scumbags reside (heavy projects area of Toronto) . The police made a nice show of arresting a lot of punks but until the courts get real - nothing will change .
