Do any of you locals know if the renovations on Casa Kimberly are ongoing? On the \"homes tour\" one of the guides said work had stopped for some reason in Feb. We had heard that it had been purchased by Mrs. Chatterton for a B&B.

We were in the area in February and walked past Casa Kimberly. Nothing was going on then and there is no way (IMHO) that it could be near completion by now. Lots to do.
It is supposed to be a high end hotel & spa. All work stopped last year around April. The old Casa Kimberly has been torn down. All that remains is the bridge.
