I have really enjoyed the Gil Gevins books, Refried Brains and Puerto Vallarta on 49 Braincells A Day. They are all the more enjoyable because he is a local.
and.... I knew you knew that is why you did not get a BIG explanation and I used the word Lizzie
Bring the book to PV..someone might enjoy it! :)
Mr. Conroy
I have met Pat a few times but never seen her book. Is it easy to find a copy in town?
Pat Conroy is actually a man...also wrote \"The Great Santini\" and \"The Prince of Tides\".
We had a contract in Kelowna BC and stayed there for 3 months.
I was able to get a library pass if I showed proof of residence.
Have any of the long term vacationers used the Puerto Vallarta library (is there one) and what is it like. Mostly Spanish books or English too.

Getting some good beach read ideas..
Thanks :)
