ATM at airport?

I only have 150 pesos to travel with, will I pass an ATM exiting the airport? I can exchange some money here if I have to but the rate is pretty poor.

Also, until you have a chance to get pesos, almost all vendors in PV will take US dollars. Usually the exchange rate is 12 recently at businesses, but you want to be careful about that and ask.
