I think we can go one more than \"...good to be a Canadian...\" or an American. How about good to be right...Chuck... 8)
Top Drawer there Lori. That is so very true and touching. We need to keep this tradition going for all, Canadian or American or British....

Lori, that was a great story and one that comes close to home at this time. My best friends son was shipped off to Afghanistan yesterday and she is a complete wreck. I will pass this story on to her. Thank you.

Sad Day
Four dead and 10 wounded .
Thanks for sharing that story with us Lori! I read it at lunch and really had tears. We are so fortunate to have these wonderful men and women representing our country!
A young man that I have known for the last 10 years and have coffee with when he is home on leave is over in Afghanistan right now. He is based out of Edmonton in the Princess Pats. We were just talking about him earlier this week, and then last night on CTV 11:00 news they interviewed him over there. Sure was nice to see his face. Wish all these kids were back home.
Will pass the email on when I get back home...
I hope Red Fridays catches on not only in Canada but that it circles the world.

taken from the email ....
The first thing a soldier says when asked \"What can we do to make things better for you?\" is...We need your support and your prayers.
