I only have a cheapo cellphone because my wife gave me her old one when she got a new one (cheapo too) when changing to a better cellphone company. I recognize their usefulness in emergency situations, but those are so far in between that I wonder if they are worth the trouble...

We very seldom use our cell phone for pleasure..
On our construction job sites the cell phone has become very useful..

We also find the cell phone very handy when traveling in Canada..
We can take estimate bookings while we are gone from home..
When we do not want to bother with taking calls we just switch to off...

I am surprised at how many tweens and teens have cell phones..
I guess when 2 parents are working outside of the home a cell phone might be a good way to keep track of the kids?
