light bulbs

One problem Pv has that is very easy to cure is the lack of lightbulbs. The beautiful palm trees on the malecon are half lit. Most of the lighbulbs along the sea wall malecon into old town are burned out causing people to stumble along the sand in the dark. The los arcos is dark and amphitheatre dimly lit for shows. Why is this? Has all the lightbulbs been taken by the golf course in Nuevo? lol

That reminds me of the comedy movie where Clark Griswald (Chevy Chase) plugs in the massively overdone Christmas lighting display at his home and causes a city-wide power brown-out. :-)
