Dont trade for VIVA VALLARTA

Started March 5, 2004 · 8,258 views · 3 posts
Please do not trade your week for a stay at Viva Wyndham Vallarta.....the place is highly disappointing...bad food...so called int drinks are bacardi and smirrnoff...when they dont run out...to much walking here also...everything is a 1/4 mile away from each other and up/down too much. We met 5 other time share traders there who all said this place was crap. Its a given...we will never go back to this resort...ever

Re:Dont trade for VIVA VALLARTA
I have just arrived home from a stay at the Viva Vallarta, and we were actually quite happy their...other than all of the walking and all of the stairs.

We found the service to be quite good, they were very accomodating to us. Like I said before the only thing that we had a problem with was all of the stairs and that you are such a long ways from PV. Many of the people that we met and enjoyed time with, truly were happy with the resort as well.

We thought that the buffet and all of the restaurants were good food. We enjoyed every meal that we had, as did the others that we joined for our meals.

I had gotten stung by a bee for the very first time in my life during our stay, and I had a terrible allergic reaction, and the first aid and the people were very helpful in trying to get me better to enjoy the rest of my holiday.

Any ammenities that I had forgotten or needed, the gift store had for us.

All in all we had a wonderful time at the Viva Wyndham Vallarta, and I have virtually NO complaints about this resort!!!

I suppose its not a bad place if you buy a package...it is not a 4 star though. For time share traders though this place is awful. You pay $330 per person to eat and drink there....a bad value in my opinion. You could never go sailing because every day is a red flag day....the activities guys were nice but they were didnt not want to provide that amenity....ever......as for the buffet...youve got to be kidding.... it was awful....the pool bar closed at 7 pm every night....not 10pm as it says in the brochure...you had no choice if you wanted a drink after 7 but to go to the lobby bar...where there is a problem with the plumbing so it has a lovely aroma while your there.....ALL time share traders we talked to were unanimous...they will not return!!!!!!!
