Canadians complaining??
They make it a national past-time, like hockey or clubbing baby seals.
We have met 100s of Canadians in the 27 years going to PV and without reservation, I will say that 99% are just great. I am proud to say that many have become year round friends, just not during our annual visit. The percentage of our own Americans met, would not surpass that percentage.

Canadians Rock!!!!
Oh trust me Chuck...they are out there! I have to say I have met more rude Americans then Canadians. I have travelled to a few places and I guess what always causes me to wonder is why Americans think the locals in the countries they travel to should all speak English.

I think Canadians and Americans are equal however in disrespecting locals. Americans just tend to be louder when they do it....

P.S. I live very close to the US border and have countless American friends. :o
Very few people are buying condos now. The volume is less than 10% of what it was in 2007. If you want a deal, rent one of those highrise condos.
