Bright Lights on the Bay

Hi All,

I had to think of something to complain about, so I was wondering if anyone else finds the bright lights at the Mayan Palace Golf Driving Range, in Nuevo Vallarta, a little bit disturbing. When you look at the Puerto Vallarta coastline, all is surrounded by romantic, soft lighting, except at the Mayan Palace, where a big white blob of light washes out that section of the coast. I seems that they should be focusing the light more on the driving range than illuminating the bay. Or, am I just being too grumpy???

Maybe a little of both , but I agree Matt the really bright lights do sort of ruin the effect of the coast line at night.!

Have to see what you are talking about. Guess this happend after my last visit. PV is very softly lighted and has always been very romantic to see at night, hat to hear about this light pollution.

Can you believe, last week they actually started turning some of them off some time after 10pm.
